Debbie Kovitz is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Education. After teaching for over 20 years, she began her real estate business. Debbie’s real estate experience began when her and her husband built their own house in Alvin, TX on ten acres. They were the designers and general contractors and did all of the finish work themselves. With the help of their kids, family and many friends, the house turned out beautifully. This enterprise was the genesis of their passion for real estate and home renovation. Now that most of their children have graduated from college, they were able to start Seven25 Home Solutions out of that shared passion. They joined the Fortune Builder’s Mastery program where they learned the ins and outs of real estate investment, which enabled them to pursue their dream. Jeff & Debbie live in Lawrenceville, GA, just north of Atlanta.   

Debbie’s mission is to love and serve people! She has the privilege of doing this through her real estate endeavors. Meeting the needs of each home seller and personally walking them through the process and helping them solve their real estate problems is Debbie’s main focus. In addition to helping the seller, Debbie gets to add value to the community by rehabbing each home that she buys and restoring its beauty.  

In addition to giving back to the community by restoring local homes, Debbie along with her husband have been on several mission trips to serve in other parts of the world. They have  

 Seven25 Home Solutions was built on the premise of a solid foundation found in Matthew 7:24-25. “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” Like this scripture, we base our business and redevelopment philosophy on a solid foundation.
